Summary: Horrible. The peeps next door sounded like they were training for the Olympics the whole time. Then, some chick was screaming, yelling and cussing walking up and down the hall. Reported it twice but it went on for over two hours. Breakfast was meh. Shower was great but the door leaked all over the floor. Lighting stunk. No bedside lamps at all. Stayed two nights and they never came to clean or replace towels. The only vending machine was on the third floor, took my money for a little tiny bag of Cheetos. Went to the desk and they said “sorry”. Just checked my online banking and sure enough I was charged $10.41 So yeah, how would you rate it?

Summary: Its was fine for the price. You should make sure room service are cleaning these restrooms better. Shouldn't be hair on the shower doors or dirt on the toilet seats if you're charging that much to stay here. Other than that, average stay.

Summary: First room smell like mildew. The second room had water damage under the window had finally we got the third run, which was just OK.

Summary: The breakfast was only a bit disappointing. Cereal breads etc. only thing hot was a waffle. I was hoping for sone eggs and bacon/sausage. The building was a bit older but clean and further price point it was fine. 10 mins to get to downtown for a concert.

Summary: Suite room looked newly renovated. It didn’t appear to be well cleaned after renovation. The updated flooring looked nice but seemed as if it had never been cleaned or mopped since installation. The couch in the suite area was filthy. The left arm rest was significantly dirty and discolored. Beds were quite uncomfortable, I feel this was more than a firmnesses/softness preference issue, they seemed uneven. Kitchen area was not clean / wiped down and refrigerator did not seem to be cooling. Two roaches (which the staff informed us were “water bugs”) were frustrating in terms of our general comfort.
